Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lucca Lige. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Include its original packaging, labels and accessories;
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing or improper use;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

2. Requesting a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@luccalige.shop.

Please include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • The item you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the item received is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, Lucca Lige will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or return instructions at no additional cost.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Lucca Lige or applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@luccalige.shop.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging and shipping label so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage or alteration;
  • Items returned without their original packaging, labels or accessories;
  • Personalized, customized or made-to-order products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law;
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons after being opened or used.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change.

When an exchange is available, contact us before sending the item back. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@luccalige.shop.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be completed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Lucca Lige cannot control processing times imposed by financial institutions.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is refused, left unclaimed or returned because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, any shipping, handling or return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to your purchase.
