Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Lucca Lige are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing may take longer during promotional periods, product launches, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

2. Order Verification

Some orders may require additional payment or identity verification before shipment. If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the details provided during checkout.

Failure to respond to a verification request may delay or result in the cancellation of the order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, standard delivery generally takes approximately 5 to 15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region;
  • Shipping method selected at checkout;
  • Carrier availability and performance;
  • Customs inspections and import procedures;
  • Weather conditions and public holidays;
  • High-volume promotional periods;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free-shipping promotions may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, eligible destinations or other conditions shown on the website.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take between 2 and 5 business days to update after the carrier receives the package.

Temporary gaps in tracking updates do not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

6. Multiple Packages

Orders containing more than one product may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse location or logistical requirements.

When this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because the order is divided into multiple shipments.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Please verify your name, street address, building or apartment number, postal code, city, country and telephone number before submitting the order.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions, schedule another attempt or send the package to a collection point.

The customer is responsible for following carrier instructions and collecting the package within the specified period.

9. Unclaimed, Refused or Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to the sender due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address;
  • Failure to collect the package;
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
  • Refusal of delivery;
  • Unpaid customs charges;
  • Failure to cooperate with local customs or the carrier.

If a package is returned for a reason attributable to the customer, shipping, handling and return costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Reshipping may require payment of an additional shipping charge.

10. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lucca Lige cannot control customs decisions, fees or processing times.

11. Delivery Delays

Although we work with shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated period, delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, public holidays and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.

12. Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package appears to be lost, contact us at contact@luccalige.shop.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery information and cooperate with a carrier investigation.

Claims are reviewed individually. Depending on the investigation, an appropriate solution may include a replacement or refund.

13. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around the delivery location;
  • Ask household members, neighbors or building staff;
  • Check any safe place or collection point indicated by the carrier;
  • Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation;
  • Contact us if the package remains missing.

We may request documentation or confirmation from the carrier before offering a resolution.

14. Damaged Packages

If your package or product arrives damaged, keep the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send clear photos of the product, outer packaging, shipping label and damage to contact@luccalige.shop.
